| In 1977, a group of Spirit-filled believers who desired to know more of God, banded together in home Bible studies to pray and worship. Out of that God birthed a desire to establish a New Testament Church in Middletown, Ohio. |
|
| That desire has now come to pass. In
1979 Tim Sheets came to pastor the newly formed Oasis Church,
formerly The Living Word Church. Through his leadership, a
strong foundation of practical principles for Christian living
is being instilled in the hearts of the congregation. The
aim of the congregation was, and still is, to minister to
the whole man - spirit, soul, and body. God has set about
the process of equipping The Oasis and its members for the
work of the ministry. |
