| Dr. Tim Sheets is apostle and senior
pastor of The Oasis in Middletown, Ohio along with his wife,
Carol Sheets. Tim is a graduate of Christ for the Nations
Institute in Dallas, Texas and received his Doctorate of Divinity
from Christian Life School of Theology. Upon graduation from
CFNI in 1979, God led him to Middletown with a vision to "take
the city" for God. In 2003, Dr. Sheets founded Destiny Bible
School, a school with an emphasis on equipping believers for
active minstry. Dr. Sheets believes his job is to do just
that: equip and mobilize the saints to do the work of the
ministry. He is also an accomplished author and has taught
in more than 80 Bible schools around America the world. He
has authored three books: Armed And Battle Ready, Being Led
By The Spirit, and Heaven Made Real. |

| Carol Sheets assists her husband Tim
in pastoring The Oasis. She serves as Administrator, Music
Coordinator, and the head of the Women's Ministry, Dance,
Banner and Tambourine teams. Carol also guides the development
of church public relations, social events and fellowship activities.

| Rachel Shafer is Pastor Tim & Carol's
daughter and a Psalmist of the Lord. She has authored several
familiar songs to The Oasis congregation such as: The Breaker;
You've Been Good to Me; Let Me Know You More; Lion and the
Lamb; None but You; All I Want; Worship You Alone; and Forever
and Ever You Reign. She serves as the worship leader at The
Oasis. Rachel is also a graduate of Miami University and a
teacher of elementary education. Married to Mark Shafer, they
are parents of Madeline Hope. |
