Dr. Sheets is a requested teacher and speaker nationally at conventions, seminars, churches and bible schools. He travels and does his own Destiny Seminars as well, on such topics as The Angel Network, an area he has done extensive research in, as well as Spiritual Warfare, Being Led by the Spirit, and many others. He is seen on a weekly basis through the television outreach of The Oasis. He is the author of Armed and Battle Ready, Being Led by the Spirit, and Heaven Made Real (published by Destiny Image). He is the designated Ohio Apostle for the United States Reformation Prayer Network under Cindy Jacobs, and leads statewide events for the Ohio branch of this Network. He is also a member of the Federation of Ministries under Apostle Jim Hodges, and a member of the Coalition of Prophets and Apostles led by Peter Wagner.

His vision is to equip men and women who will authentically demonstrate the Church on earth and passionately evangelize the world. He has assumed a key role in apostolic outreach in the founding of several churches in Ohio. Dr. Sheets also serves extensively in providing directive input and guidance to several other independent churches. His heart is to provide effective vision and structure in existing churches and to continue founding new satellite churches on a regular basis. His down to earth style, combined with his unique insight, prophetic perspective and personal heart of worship enable him to effectively meet these goals.

Dr. Sheets, and his wife, Carol, reside in Middletown, Ohio. They have two children, Rachel (Mark), and Joshua (Jessica), and are the happy grandparents of two, Madeline, who is 7, and Lily Mei Mei (recently adopted from China), and a third one on the way...
